- Foreign Trade: More than 70% of Mexico’s merchandise exports and imports come from sectors that protect their intellectual assets.
- Asset Diversity: It’s not just about technology. The study highlights the value of patents, industrial designs, trademarks, and designations of origin, which protect everything from automotive innovation to our traditional products.
As noted in the IP Key report, the intensity of IPR use is a direct indicator of competitiveness and economic resilience (IP Key Latin America, 2020).
